BEGINNERS DISCOVER WORKSHOP

A 4 hour workshop held each month to introduce new students to the history, purpose and intention of yoga, whilst exploring where the body flow yoga style fits into the yoga spectrum.

The body flow yoga 7 key principles of practice are explored in detail to allow you to genuinely connect with the body flow yoga philosophy, postures and techniques.

Each student will receive personal attention and have their posture individually assessed. After completing the workshop, students will be prepared to attend all other body flow yoga classes.

Participants will also receive refreshments, new member kits and complimentary joining to body flow yoga membership to commence unlimited classes immediately.

WOMEN’S VITALITY WORKSHOP

This workshop specifically examines physical, psychological and nutritional strategies to optimise your health, wellbeing and vitality.

The workshop is conducted over one day and has specialists in nutrition, cooking, women’s psychology and feminine yoga.
